After completing just 5 short shifts as a Bumble Bee you will be promoted to a Honey Bee. The Honey Bee status is an opportunity to learn and work more events that will be preparing you to grow and spring forward into your future roll as Co-Captain. As you work more shifts the Bee Keeper reviews your work ethic, attendance, punctuality, attire standards, your hustle and drive. Our Captains will prepare anevaluation for our corporate office to review. When they see how great you are they will promote you to a Yellow Jacket our most sought after position in the company.
After completing just 5 short shifts as a Bumble Bee you will be promoted to a Honey Bee. The Honey Bee status is an opportunity to learn and work more events that will be preparing you to grow and spring forward into your future roll of
Co-Captain. As the Bee Keeper continues to review your work ethic and you shine from the evaluations that your Captains provide to corporate to review, you the Worker Bee you are, after 5 more short shifts you will be promoted to a Yellow Jacket and another extreamly generous raise after just another
5 short shifts..
After completing at least 10 shifts you will be selected to move into the Yellow Jacket team. The Yellow Jacket team is the team that allows you to have exposure to all top events and work more than the beginning bee teams. Once achieving this team you will start to be reviewed by your Captains to see if they recommend you for a
co-captain position and another extreamly generous raise after another 5 short shifts.
Once you have worked several events as a Yellow Jacket and you have gotten outstanding reviews by your team mates you will have an opportunity to interview for the Co-Captain position. This is a very important role and neccessary in order for our HIVE Colony to stay strong and do outstanding work for our clients and their beautiful exciting events. You will be mentored and trained by the best in the industry and will prepare you to step into a HIVE Captain Role and another extreamly generous raise after just another 5 short shifts.
Our HIVE Captains are the backbone of our HIVE Colony. To be selected as a Captain means at a minimum our Bee has worked a minimum of 20 shifts and is very knowledgeable of the entire banquet process. Our HIVE Captains have shown patience, professionalism, the ability to train, mentor and lead by our high expectations. The HIVE Captain always makes sure that all the details and tasks are covered for our clients at each event. Our HIVE Captains are responsible for the over all success of delegating duties to our worker bees directly down from our client.
